About Us
Balmer Insurance Agency opened its doors in 1945 as the Harold E. Flack Agency. In 1973 the business was Incorporated as Flack & Balmer Insurance Agency. Our company was amended to Balmer Insurance Agency in 1991.
Balmer Insurance Agency was originally located in center city Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. In June of 1984, we moved to our current office at 225 East 8th Street in Wyoming, Pennsylvania.
Ken Balmer has been with Balmer Insurance since January of 1979. He is currenly celebrating his 31st year in this business.
All of our staff members are Pennsylvania Insurance Department Licensed Producers.
As part of our services, we also offer free limited photo copying, free limited faxing
and free notarization service to our customers.
